Cannot Access The Game With No Reply For 5 Weeks?

I'm locked out of my old Xbox account [Removed by Support] so have had to make a new account, under a new email [Removed by Support].

I was able to play under this new account at the start and then was suddenly not able to. I've tried paying for a new early access code on the new email used on the new account, but I'm having the issue where it's saying it's linked to another account?

I've tried looking everywhere for a solution and also tried reinstalling in the hope that would work, but I'm having no luck.

I don't mind having to start again if I have to, I'd just like to be able to get into the game again somehow.

I was originally asked to email support, which I did 5 weeks ago with no reply. Can someone please help me? I've essentially paid twice now and still cannot play it.
