Deadeye - no attacks possible

Hi together,
can you maybe tell me, why it is temporarily not possible to do attacks?
It is no debuff, no stun....
I can roll and run, but for 10 seconds not any attack - forces me to die -
playing deadeye build.

maybe you can solve this -
this does NOT happen with my Amazon - char.

Also, there are a lot of things that can cause your character not to attack, could be something as simple as you don't have the ability on the bar, could be a movie issue, there's a wide range here..
