Fully stuck in Boss-Area

Killed the Pinnacle Boss in Barren Atoll (Logbook), but the game doesn't register the Boss-Fight as over. Thus I can neither leave the area, nor can I spawn a Portal or TP to others. Restarting the game, my PC, changing Servers or changing to DirectX11 doesn't help.

Had to quit the game and come back the next day, to spawn in my hideout again. I'd recommend something like a /kill or /endmap option for the player to get out of this annoying bug, without having to wait ages.
