Game Crash Problem during defeat citadel boss

Dear GGG Team

I am a brand new player for POE2 account id ETHAN#1545 who is writing to report the game crash,

1. Since I try to fix the game, it usually stops for 10 sec. around 1 hours per 1 times
> SOLUTION : 2 day ago I used Vulkan render to fix it, after that it seemed good, however I got a bug in the map yesterday as attached file IMAGE1
2. During the first time ever for me to fight with The Copper Citadel Boss this morning, Suddenly the game crashed and closed itself immediately.
> Please check the moment that happened at 15/6/25 11.20 AM +7GMT as attached file IMAGE2 and please find a good solution, because this moment feels horrible for me.

I've done two copper citadels with the exact same problem. Always major lag and then crash, at the end boss. With no portals back in when the game in up and running again. I've just stopped doing citadels.
