bug end act3 cruel

hi, i actually end the act3 in cruel mode bug i can't use the map its said end the campaign first but i kill the boss i cruel mod just log out n log in and can't go in endgame maps. what can i do to resolve bug? :/

You simply need to start your first map from the Ziggurat Refuge. After that you can use the Map Device in your hideout.
