Massive stabilty issue on PS5

The last 24 hours or so I'm having an issue where when the game gets busy it begins freezing until it's frozen completely. Im in HC level 83ish on T12 maps and I cant do any of the map events like breaches etc because the game now freaks out and pauses which causes me to panic and log out. Or it kicks me before I can and says I was kicked for performing too many actions in a short time.

Can't play the game currently.

Its been like that for weeks. I havent played in about 5 days now but before I stopped I spent entire days at a time not being able to play because of the freezing. I was also higher lvl on hc so the connection issue isn't really something you can play through. If you do you risk dying and the consequences on hc are very severe if your in end game.

I dont expect the problem will be resolved anytime soon and will possibly be worse when they launch new season.
