Sub account data cannot be exchanged
I have created a new sub account on the PS platform, which has caused my official website data to be unable to synchronize. This has resulted in me being unable to use the web store to purchase anything. I hope this serious bug can be fixed. I want to buy the fashion I like

Hi there, users are able to change which sub-account they're accessing in-game by using the account selection tool found in the top-right of the character selection screen in-game. They're also able to do this on our website by using the "Switch Account" feature found on the top of our website.

Is there an option in the top-left to switch which sub-account is used by the website?

There is a switching option, but I cannot switch normally, and my main account information is displayed incorrectly. The main account information shows a level 1 role that I have never created before, and it cannot be deleted
