Confine mouse to window setting is not working

I play with controller but I also tried in kbm mode. I have turned off the confirm mouse to window setting and I still cannot move the mouse to my other screen. I'm sure this used to work ok?

Also, switching to desktop and back to game, very often the game immediately minimises again.

It sounds like you are in Fullscreen mode?

If you wish to have your mouse continue to other screens/windows, try using Windowed Fullscreen mode.
