Access keys purchased not working

I have purchased 2 access keys for 2 different accounts. 1 is not working at all I'm not allowed in the game says I need a key which I purchased again. U was playing on one account and it is gone now with all the currency and lots of hours. So I played on another account however the trade site does not work which pretty much makes the game useless. Beyond frustrated not to mention the money that has been spent. Support is non existent so far I have provided receipts for purchases however they claim nothing shows for either account. Which is crazy considering I can play on 1 account however it doesn't work right

From the website poe2. I have. 2 accounts on my xbox one I use with gamepass and one that is older but I still use it from time time. One of the accounts let's me play however the trade site doesn't work which makes it pretty useless. But I can play the game.
Have completely lost an account I had lots of currency and characters but I can't access that game it says no key which is why I purchased another one since it was asking for a key. It didn't work I have not gotten a response from them yet. I know there are alot of people thry said email them but nothing yet. I think taking people's money and no game is pretty serious and should take priorty |

I went on 1 day and my account was gone not sure what happened but it was working great I got on and could not access the game on my normal account thst is why I went to the other account. I have the receipts I sent pictures but nothing yet.

Also I can log to the website on and see both my accounts. I still have the 300 credits on the one I purchased today

I have recovered my account
After some major confusion somehow from my xbox iwas take to pc site where i purchased pc version. They need to somehow prevent thisfrom happening they did respond and iwas able to resolve. Ican always use credits for in game Thank you |
