League Concept - Fishing & Rhoa Racing

Time to add a fishing league - and toss in Rhoa breeding and racing in a Rhoa race-track for prizes. A nice stable arena with your herd of Rhoas - maybe let people ride them as a mount in game for some manner of bonus - or let them follow you in the map as a pack mule to carry things.

" Not a bit. I love the leagues that are a bit of a mix up. I like pets that hold your gear too. And some manner of animal husbandry would be a nice addition to our personal city Kingsmarch. And fishing was fun too in other games. Of course it's Wraeclast, so you'll probably "fish up" some horrific nightmare-spawn that you'll then have to then kill and harvest as bait to hook some even WORSE nightmare-spawn. " The last thing this game needs is yet another micromanagement side activity pretending to be "idle content." Players want to log in, slaughter enemies, and get loot, or gain newly introduced player power via the league mechanic to make builds even more busted. While it's a neat idea, it simply doesn't fit the genre or the game, we already have the race hideout, and that's more than enough. " I disagree with your opinion - I like variety. And I think some more side content to keep the game fresh with differing options is the first thing it needs. Some fishing, pet breeding - with in-game benefits of course - would be great fun. |
