Bugs at Corrupted Nexus

Hi

I don't know where to report this but hope this message gets to you. I found some bugs by doing waystones and their missions to get Atlas skill points, i have been doing the mission of "Complete a Tier X+ corrupted nexus", when i have the mission to complete a 4+ i´ve tried a using a waystone at level 4, 5, 6 and 7 with passives at max but when i´ve finished them i got nothing as reward. The same issue happens when I complete a Unique Maps that gives me 2 Atlas skill points and I get nothing by completing it, just a waste of resources and special maps to complete it and find an imaginary wall that I can't go though. Finally the last issue that i saw was yesterday before and after the update, where i got stuck at complete a Tier 7+ Nexus (Which skip from 4+ to 7+ just giving me 5 Atlas points) and now the mission its complete a 9+, i´m at 17/40 in the Atlas points.
Hope i can explain myself with this message and i know we are at beta access yet. But this isn´t complain, just thinks to improve together as a community. I know that you actually pay attention to our community
