Skill Snipe Doesnt Work against "Zar Wali, The Bone Tyrant"

Skill Snipe doesnt work against Zar Wali, The Bone Tyrant, it hits nothing, something blocks the projectile on the way. His hitbox is so problematic. The most disqusting and broken boss in the entire game and you put this abomination in couple end game maps. WHY?
Why everything fun is extremely rare, but you make every annoying stuff extremely common in your game? why you guys do this?
Please remove this abomination boss from the game, untill you guys fix its hitbox related issues.
The bug started to occur after 0f patch.
