Loot problems + whirling slash bug

Loot problems:

Hey this might sound corny or whatever,but i think my look is bugged.. I play like 100 quantity maps with 100 rarity,and loot is barley fall... And maps are insanely strong(waystones 15) with quantity,rarity and delirious..I mean all of my friends play maps that is not even juiced and drops more then double it drops to me,and it should be other way around.. I mean,i wont bother contact you if i really didnt think its bugged or something.. I even look for 3-4 towers to make quantity on maps more juiced up,and i spent so much divines making these maps,and they dont even drop anything lol. Pls if u can just look into it so i can play this game properly. (i can provide video of juiced map how loot not droping lol)

When character is not on same hight level,as enemy (mob,booss,rare or unique) slash is not doing any damage.
