OMEN OF AMELIORATION does not work

Omen of amelioration does not work, its active in inventory and if you die you will lose 10% of exp. Happend to me 2 times and with my friend 3 times, he rage quited.

Only one of any combat-area-related Omen can be used per area.
It's possible there is a bug with them activating from the Titan's extra inventory maybe. |

ya just happened to me, i always have one active and it always consumes when i die. I just died and can confirm it did not get consumed and i lost 10% exp. Worst part was is because of how stupid wisps work, i was trying not to attack the rare while the wisp possessed it, and then i died waiting for that to happen lol
