POE-ORIGIN-DISCONNECTED-Failed To Connect To Instance

Ive not encountered this issue from about 6 years... you have done some mess that is causing several crashes, having this issue by simply logging into a character of mine in SSFHC Settlers league (while other characters are accessible), wasted several Invitations being unable to enter (portals were never consumed on any of my attempts to zone in)

"Disconnected"
"Failed to connect to instance"

Check the latest patches that were applied.. something is not right!
I have deleted all the temporary folders multiple times, restarted computer, internet... nothing helped.. once i attempt to log in after 5 mins or so (without any changes) as it happened of no where it is gone, but this is really disturbing and frustrating.. ive bought a 60 bucks supporter pack last night and honestly.. starting to regret it a little :/
