I bought an acces code for POE2 in december and activated this account and then switched to ps and bought the game . Got my hands on a decent pc recently and now if i connect to the same acconut that i have bought both ps5 version and pc version and it tells me that i don t have acces to poe2 on pc and i even have transactions made with pc currency on the site (in stash tabs).

To clarify, early access is platform-specific, so if you'd like to play on PC as well, you would need to redeem a PC access key or purchase one of the PC Early Access Packs from the website shop page. I hope this helps to clear this up!

That's somewhat oddly phrased - from whom and where did you buy the code?

There's two things that are likely to have happened here;

  • The first, is that someone bought supporter packs using fraudulent payment credentials - such as a stolen credit card - and quickly sold the keys from them on an online marketplace to get some money before the fraud was discovered and a chargeback issued. Once the original payment was forcibly reversed, the associated key will have been disabled.
  • The second is that, if you buy from GGG directly, you get "Client Keys" which allow you to add the game to your Steam / Epic Games Store libraries to play through them, but these keys don't include an Early Access license. Some people have mistakenly believed these were "extra" keys to share with a friend and given or sold these to others. Some people appear to be intentionally and maliciously selling these keys while presenting them as something they're not.

I am open to having picked them up wrong, but as OP mentions both buying a code and then subsequently buying the game, it was my impression that they had indeed made two distinct purchases; one for each platform.
