Everything in my account is gone!!!!

On the evening of April 24th, I logged off! On the morning of April 25th, I logged back in! Everything in my account was gone! The character, equipment, and all game items in the inventory! What exactly happened? It's already May 15th, when will they give me an explanation! I created a new character again and wanted to top up, but I'm too scared to do it!

Did your achievements change?

If you did not lose your achievements, it sounds like your account was compromised by someone guessing the password. This is potentially very concerning, as it could suggest a keylogger and / or other form of malware is running on your computer.

If you did not lose your achievements, did you perform account linking last month?

So why did you wait until 5/15? O_o

Post history shows that OP did email support not long after he discovered the loss.
