[BUG report 0.2.0h]There are something wrong with Stun Buildup!

After 0.2.0h patch, i can stun less with more Stun Buildup!
I can't even stun T15 bosses before I kill them!
There are definitely something wrong with Stun!
plz check the BUG, my warrior can't get any Glory in boss fight!
the patch ruins my build!

new clue found:
I can now apply Light Stun on bosses all the time.
You guys definitely mix Light Stuns and Heavy stuns on enemies.

I've also noticed this, it's particularly noticeable when there is a % increased stun threshold modifier affecting the area. Something definitely changed here and I don't think it's intended. It's drastic.

I was running max difficulty simulacrums no problem for weeks. Now if I get Monsters have % increased stun threshold, it takes 3 leap slams to prime enemies for stun. in 0.2.0g it NEVER took more than one leap slam for me to prime normal monsters for stun in simulacrums, even with Monsters have % increased stun threshold.
ah...I just read the patch notes for 0.2.0H again and saw

Fixed a bug where life scaling applied by difficulty didn't scale poise threshold of monsters.


well, I guess that's it for me being able to run Max difficulty simulacrums then. Please consider adjusting this. It's very overtuned now.

I make heavy stun at the same percent of hp to Xesht, with +400% "Stun Buildup" and +100% "Stun Buildup". It shows that "Stun Buildup" do nothing to heavy stun buildup as it is supposed to do.
But, Xesht are now being interrupted by light stun all the time during the whole fight, which i belive never happends before the 2.0h patch.
Yeah, last night I redid all of my jewels and I'm over 1098% increased stun buildup on my leapslam and it didn't help at all. It seems like the patch broke stun buildup scaling
