Failed to connect to instance

Since a week both Hideout and map instances seem to crash randomly which results in the "Failed to connect to instance" error. In case of hideout instances logging in solves the problem (probably just creates a new instance here). In case of maps the portals are not consumed and you cannot join the map instance so the whole map with all of its investment is lost...
