Lost PoE 2 characters after merging with older PoE 1 account.

I merged my old PoE 1 account and the new PoE 2 account last week and have lost my PoE 2 Characters, and access to PoE 2 trade site.

Logging in and posting thread right now on this account is showing 3 available poe 1 characters for the website. No PoE 2 characters. It does show all the PoE 2 microtransaction information for supporter packs etc though.

Game login page lets me pick from the 2 standard league characters and the 2 dawn of the hunt characters. I can also swap between this Djinn_78#6916 account to the Drizl#5323 account which had no characters until i created one just before to see if that changed anything on here.

None of the 4 characters are in solo self found either.

I don't understand what i have done, but i have lost interest in playing anymore if i can't farm then trade.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix this please lmk.

I have emailed support last week but still waiting for a reply.

The account showing characters is my original account from poe 1.

The other account is the new poe 2 account i created when i bought a founders pack etc.

I shouldve just left it and never merged them. Thought it would be easier to do that mainly for the website aspect more than the gaming side. I dont really play poe 1. In fact i have put more hours into poe 2 because i have been enjoying it.
