General items progression feedback

Hello!
There are few things I would like to mention in regards to item progression and drop rates, let me start with the most obvious first: 1. Maps with monsters level 81 & 82 are far too rare. Considering GGG significantly reduced amount of maps that get +1 from corruption, the output of items level 82+ has dropped significantly. There are multiple ways to compensate this - either make highest tier rolls available at max item level 81 OR add more ways to increase map effective monster levels. 2. Items with high item level still can end up being totally worthless due to tier 1 modifiers rolling. In my humble opinion, GGG could make getting higher level items more rewarding by removing some bottom tier rolls from appearing as item level increases past certain threshold. 3. Some items are totally and utterly useless without some specific stat - example: shoes without movement speed. In my humble opinion, GGG could make drop of those significantly better by making such items have implicit modifiers (similarly as what have been done for belts with charm slots). Those are my few cents and personal observations. If GGG decided to address those, I believe it would have beneficial outcome for the endgame and overall character progression.
