Suggestion; Buckler + Shield dual wield, fighting with shields

I think there should be some way to use a buckler and/or shield as a primary weapon.
It would be really cool to stack block chances, and have the option to quickly go from blocking to parrying to best fit the situation, even better if there were more skills that specifically use shields and bucklers. Maybe more unarmed skills that can be used when a buckler is in the main hand?
