5 months and $300 down the drain and still no XXL hoodie

It's the 5 month anniversary of not getting what I ordered on 12/14/24 after spending nearly $300 on the supporter pack to get the hoodie. Still don't have the XXL I ordered. (they sent me the wrong size (a large) a month ago and now i'm back in the queue waiting again).
it's unbelievable how bad this experience has been after being so enthusiastic about the game initially that I wanted to support them with such a large purchase. Also convinced at least 4 other people to play it to now be so disappointed and bummed out about the whole thing. Last bumped on May 18, 2025, 3:06:22 AM

This is so untrue. I'm at 6 months since Dec of last year that I wasn't given points I purchased, it's now past the point that I'm allowed to issue a charge back via my banking institution.
The amount of posts I'm seeing that you guys have been failing customers to the tune of thousands upon thousands of dollars and there is likely a very justified class action lawsuit that could end up happening, any lawyer would likely jump on this without a second thought by this point. |

they are not failing, they just have a massive queue and not that many staff, there is a queue and you just need to deal with that.
