Solving backtracking and out-of-combat speeds with mounts

Here is the idea:
- give everyone a mount (can be part of the campaign progression)
- the mount behaves like the current rhoa mount except it grants a sizable movement speed bonus, at the cost of dismounting on using any skill (also maybe with a significant penalty to stun threshold)
- change the rhoa mount gem such that it enables the current mount behaviour (no movement speed bonus but can use some skills). This new gem could be called something like "mounted combat", with a maraketh flavour.

Why I think this is a good idea, both for players and GGG:
- out-of-combat movement speed would be sped up significantly, making backtracking and area traversal less painful, especially in the larger / more maze-like maps
- it's a more elegant and reliable solution than warping between checkpoints
- it's cool and makes sense thematically
- it does not affect combat too much since you can't use skills and running past mobs would be very dangerous
- the technology is already implemented in the game
- everyone having a mount increases the appeal of related MTX

Potential drawbacks:
- the mount gem would be a bit more clunky to use, most likely requiring a weapon swap setup to not lose the standard mount functionality
- a 0 button / minion build could abuse this (solution: also prevent skills from triggering and minions from reviving while mounted)
- the mount could be used to trivialize boss mechanics (solution: disable it in boss arenas. for flavour, it could be scared of the boss and run away)
- it's an additional action to bind

Overall the positives outweigh the negatives imo.

Or give everybody a sprint button with a 15 second cooldown and a stun threshold penalty or something
Ive had similar thoughts about speeding up out of combat travel.

I was thinking a charm that had:

"If no enemies have been attacked or in your pressence for X seconds, gain y movement speed for Z time period. Ends if enemies engage player"
"Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
