Should I upgrade my laptop?

I'm going to assume yes, but nothing wrong in checking.
My laptop isn't the worst, it's a gaming laptop (nvidia 4060 laptop gpu, intel core i7, ~8gb of ram). I assume I need to upgrade my ram. I do get spikes in shaders and such according to the F1 graph. What’s the manufacturer & model of your laptop? An increasing number of laptops these days have the RAM soldered - I wouldn’t rush out to buy RAM before checking whether it can actually be used.
Which CPU do you have? For an ARPG it’s arguably the single most important component. Can you post a screenshot of the F1 graph? I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
