Frostburn (Chill & Ignite Support Gem Idea)

I wanted to share an idea for a new Support Gem called "Frostburn." This gem would allow players to build a character around inflicting both chilling and burning effects. I think this would be fun to try out on an Incinerate build.

Supported Skills have X% less chance to Ignite and X% more chance to Chill. When creating Burning Ground, Chilled Ground is also created.

Note: Fire skill animations would show traces of white-blue color to indicate this effect.
