Party Connection Issue with Friend – Any Solutions?

Hi guys,

I bought the game a few days ago and tried to play with a friend, but we ran into a major issue when attempting to create a party. We’re unable to connect with each other and play the game together. I’ve already completed the first map, in case that has any impact.

We checked the server and system settings, and everything appears to be in order. We’re connected through PlayStation party chat, and we’ve also added each other as friends and created a guild — but that hasn’t made any difference.

Could you please let us know what steps we need to take to resolve this?
