Remove charges on hit too powerful & common in simulacrum
Not only is it very common, the chance to remove charges is very high. This basically bricks my build. I'd love to see this adjusted somehow...

Same feedback. This 90% chance to remove charges on hit combined with 50 hits incoming per second means you will never have charges and builds that rely on charges simply can't be used here.
