Silent Cave Book Bug

I just received the book from the silent cave, it said Gives 5 Atlas Points, but it only gives me two…
…as I said before I got 38 points now and fracturing lake is nowhere to be found still…
People who start the game get 40 points when after they reach Tier 9 Corrupted nexus quest…

But here I am… still searching for that god damn lake with my uncompleted atlas points
