GGG support ignoring me please help

My first account was locked Calm_chaos#5474, it was cuz of i refunded poe2 cuz of low fps, yes i bought some mtx with this 300 coins they gave me i know, first time i contacted them, they said [Removed by Support] go cancel refund then we talk.
So i bought new pc, bought poe2 again, but now they just ignoring me for over 3 months, and i dont know that to do, i dont want to lose all that memories what started from 3.2 league. Does anyone know that should i do? Forget about my account and create new, or wait wait wait and pray??
