Item disappeared during trade

I was on my character @AmazingNet and trading a Sunsplinter, Array Buckler with [Removed by Support]. It seems the item just disappeared during the trade.

My inventory was completely empty but the item is nowhere to be found

Don't think he pulled it out since he refunded me the full 50ex. I even tried to give him 25ex since it's a bug but he refused so i doubt it's a scam.

turns out i scammed him on accident instead. I just found the item got auto equipped into my second weapon slot...
