What happened to allowing the same weapons to be used for both weapon sets?

Wasn't this supposed to be an option that was added at the start of 0.2? Did you decide it was too OP to allow players to quickly switch from an ad-clear passive tree/skill setup to a bossing setup?

When they announced this, I kinda did feel like it would remove a kinda unique thing, having to have a second weapon to use and grind for... But after creating single target and aoe passive trees, I do manually change my weapon over when I am bossing.

They said they couldn't finish it in time before 0.2.0.
