nexus quest is death after disconnect

i reported this some time ago but can not find my report anymore (in the bug reports). so i report it again.
i got kicked out of a level 7 nexus. when i was able to join the server again, all portals where closed and the nexus is "failed".
despite the fact that its ridiculous to have such unstable servers, even worse is that i can not get any further in this quest. so i can not get any more atlas points. i finished a lvl8 and a lvl 15 nexus, nothing happened. the quest is stuck.
