Ascent to Power Bug - Unable to progress

No djinn token dropped when killing balbala.
Quest chain does not show on right hand side (initially)
Have rekilled Balbala both in act 2 and in act 4 cruel.
Djinn token was dropped but it was not the quest token.
The non quest token when picked up did allow the quest chain to show on right of screen, however, the map point itself for Trial of Sekhema is not shown on the map, either through waypoints or through desert map.
Quen chain currently just says return to the caravan and speak to Zarkha, but she has no quest related dialogue to continue.

Unable to ascend / progress due to this bug.

Note: This is like my 10th or so character, so it is not a user issue.

Attempted fixes:
Last league, taking the desert map to halani gates would allow access, however, as there is no actual point on the map this fix has not worked.

As noted, have rekilled multiple times for quest token to drop, however, does not seem to drop.
