Simulacrum Stash issue

Not sure if this classifies as a bug but I just completed a Simulacrum last night where after the first round or two, your stash keeps spawning in the same spot as the popup with the next wave's mods, which prevented me from using the stash pretty much the whole encounter.

Popup is blocking access to the stash. |
