My character cannot enter Woodland location =(

Hi there,
My character cannot enter Woodland location =(

I was invited to a party on the map Woodland , I joined the party, went through the portal and now my character can't enter the location. On the loading screen, the gears spin endlessly, I can enter with other characters, but I can't with this one. I rebooted the router, changed servers, nothing helps. I noticed that in the task manager (Win 10), when I try to enter the location with this character, there is no traffic with your server, when I enter with other characters, there is an exchange of data with your server.

How to solve this problem, the character is level 87 =(
