Party loot

How does party loot work?

I had my friend in the party and my map had delirium in it, and when it was over he got all the splinters and distilled emotions even though he didn't kill anything. Why is that?

Also in case it matters, I have my loot options as Permanent Allocation.

I was the Map owner. It happens with breach fragments too.

But anyways GGG actually answer this question for me in the latest post regarding 0.2.0h. Under the Breach improvement section they say "If you are in a party it will drop multiple stacks that are randomly allocated." It cannot be more clear, and due to what is happening to me it was already like this. I don't like it, but i doubt they will change this any time soon.
