Might as well call this a bloody scam since i lost acces how of nowhere and tried to contact yall but yall wont hit me back what yall want me to wait a year or sum. cant say how pissed i am payed for a game and cant even get ingame wtf. where tf is support at they can answer threads but cant check their mails for anything my email is jimmyjojo

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
