I've leveled 3 characters to 90, 91 and 92 and I haven't had a single raw perfect jeweler's drop

Deadass.

I've put hundreds of hours into this league, three different characters at or above level 90. My Amazon has 99% IIR, Lich & Blood mage 50%~ IIR. I've not seen a single raw perfect the entire time I've played. I've had the gamba box 4 times, didn't get one from any of them.

I had a kind soul give me one out of pity, and I had to buy the other one with a divine. I've had enough divs to buy them, but it feels like total shit to grind the game like I have, juiced maps, all characters have 50-100% IIR, and I don't even see one over a month into the league.

The amount of time it takes to get 3 characters over level 90, I don't think it's unreasonable to think I should be able to 5 link at least 1-2 gems naturally. Last league I got enough of them that I was able to sell a couple, in 0.2.0 they don't exist for me.

I have a hard time believing that this is an intended experience, 5 links should not be so scarce that it's possible for me to not get one with hundreds of hours played over multiple characters. Buff the drop rate, literally. It's cooked.

You are the latest man with that patience for this game :D
Most people stopped play this broken game after patch 0.2....
Must be unlucky as hell.

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!?
You, sir, have the patience of a tree who still sticks around, and I don't say that lightly. I have been a fan and a very dedicated PoE player since 2013 and I can honestly say the devs are way out of touch just in general with PoE 2.

It's been since April, 30th. Gone are the days of getting swift (2-5 days time), actual awesome, gargantuan-sized Patches that: add 'great' features, QoL, polish, and that fix bugs & issues that shows the devs are listening to the community.

I stopped playing PoE 2 and composing passionate forum feedback posts in hopes the feedback would get into the right hands (along with everyone else's awesome feedback that holds water) in the forums roughly 2 weeks ago. I won't be returning until PoE 2 gets almost completely overhauled.

At this point, the devs should start using the power of AI, inject it into PoE 1 in its own experimental state (with human oversight, of course, to be refined) to help rewrite everything in PoE 1 so the game runs smoother on systems for the next 15-20 yrs to come (with updated code) and just 'FIX' what was wrong with PoE 1 that bogged it down/turned it into a sensory overload.

P.S. GGG's Customer Support has also went downhill. I asked for/Emailed a request for a refund on a Supporter Pack and I still haven't heard back 2 months later. That's a problem! I then suggested they add a 24 or 48-hour refund period on purchases and no response to that, either. 5-10 yrs ago? That would have been handled almost right away.

TL;DR: Very disappointed veteran player here in both the direction of this franchise, the developers leading it, and the very poor Customer Service experience vs. how it used to be.

"How it used to be..." Let that part sink in... If you know, you know.
When game developers ignore the criticism that would improve their game, the game fails.
Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism
does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect.

It has nothing to do with 'luck'. The algorithms are simply cattywampus that controls drop rates for things like 'Perfect Jeweler's' (mentioned in the OP) that almost no one has a fair shot at getting, even after hours upon hours of gameplay. I can attest to that during my own gameplay experience. PoE 2 generally does not reward players for their time. Period.

It's one thing to 'gate' certain currencies behind ridiculously low drop-rates (Divines, Mirrors, things on that nature) but not Jeweler's Orbs so players can finally add that tiny bit of oomph to their build to grind out end-game more efficiently. Fun, in a word. That's really not asking for much in the grand scheme of issues the game has!
