HELP! Can‘t receive any emails form POE

My email [Removed by Support] account is unable to receive any emails from your company, could you help me to change it to a new email address? Also my account has been locked by different IP logon, and I don't receive the email with a code so that I can't play poe2. I feel very hopeless, plz help plz...

Idk man i have similar problem , still waiting support to respond its been 41 day with no answer from support.so dont think its gonna be fast
