Alva Not Spawning in Causeway.

Ran past Alva in the Causeway the first time leveling my character and just went back after to unlock her memory stuff. I can't seem to get her to spawn in the Causeway or complete the quest to have her join my hideout.
I think the bug might be a confluence of problems. One, I popped the Alva memory without having Alva unlocked, and she isn't spawning in the Causeway to rectify the error. I have run about 5 times so far. I'm just gonna keep running it and update the thread if it does eventually spawn her. Tala Moana, Exile. Last bumped on May 12, 2025, 5:33:00 PM

Many mechanics won't spawn if you've sufficiently outleveled the area: 10 levels over area level, never counted over 75 for this iirc.
Finding her in a map by using an Incursion Scarab would be the easiest method of adding her to your hideout. |

Ya that worked. It is a little wonky that is how that works. It is funny to me that I did over 100 maps and didn't see a natty Alva in a map.
