No loot drops after killing boss

Received no loot drops after killing the Bone Colossus in the Sulphuric Caverns map, this is the first time I have this issue as I've already killed this boss before many times. The only relevant things different from all the other kills is that this time I had a shrine buff on me (Gloom Shrine as far as I can remember) and that I killed both bosses almost at the exact same time.
There's a small possibility that I had the Greed Shrine instead of the Gloom one and if that's the case I apologize in advance but I'm 99% certain this was not the case as I didn't see any gold dropping either.

Same issue. Killed both bosses at the same time with wind serpent's fury. 100% no greed shrine buff.
