Fire spell sound too close to OOM sound

After playing a fire build for a bit, I have noticed that the sounds made from spells at times very closely resemble the sound made when trying to cast when OOM.

This feels gross!

I feel like I start associating the normal casts with being OOM. It's like the opposite of a power trip.

On another sound effect note, the high pitched whine of the way points are maddening. This sort of sound makes me want to turn all of the sound effects off...
