Where are my Atlas points, GGG?

I cleared the whole way to a nexus on my secondary character. The quest screen said I had to complete a tier 4+ map. I put a tier 4 map on the nexus. I finished the map and I didn't receive the Atlas points. Lost the goddamn nexus and the whole work to get there.
