Game is consistently crashing at random points.

Hello! I am trying to start this game, however, no matter what, mostly in the main title screen, or during the opening video before the main screen, the game will crash. I have tried
- Updating Graphics Drivers
- Verifying File Integrity on Steam
- Reinstalling Path of Exile
- Turning on Windows 8 Compatibility Mode
- Changing Renderer
- Restarting Pc multiple times
No matter what, the game will at some point crash, whether loading in an area, or just from starting the game. I am at a complete loss, as the game is borderline unplayable, as I can "sometimes" get to play for an hour, but eventually, when I load somewhere, I will crash, and I can't control that variable. Please help.

I am currently on Windows 11 Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100, with a 13th gen CPU, and a 3080 Graphics Card. I have also occasionally gotten this error, however this is rare. "Failed to decompress (corrupted data)" but it does show up in my logs.

I just want to make an update, as even though this is obviously an issue that other people are facing. I have proceeded to run a memory test, cpu test, and some gpu stress testing to remove any possibility of any issues. I have also just recently this week completely factory reset my pc, before installing the game. All of the tests have shown no errors, and the factory reset has not seemed to fix anything. What must I do to be able to play the game?

I'm facing the same issue, game is not playable..
But it was running fluently while I was playing Phrecia, and also I checked all my settings, they are all the same as before.
I also checked all their patch updates after I switched to poe2, there was a little patch said "fixed two crash problems".
I would guess this new crash problem that we are facing is caused by this "crash problem fixing" thing?

I would hope so, at this point, I'm just hoping for a response soon about even what more information I can provide to help come to a conclusion, I think I'm gonna give it another day or two, and I will contact support directly, I'll let know any responses I find here.

yeah, let me know if there's any progress on this crash problem..

I had the same problem a while ago, and I found this, it fixed the loading screen crashes and starting the game crashes for me, maybe it'll work for you too!

Do you have in-game crash problem? I mean crash when you change maps, open skill/altas trees etc.

When there's too many things going on on screen sometimes my game still crashes, but I'm pretty sure that's because my pc sucks, otherwise no crashes when opening menus or loading maps changing them or anything
