Disconnect and rollback | My items and maps are gone !

I was running a T15 map when I suddenly got disconnected. I had looted 1-2 valuable items in the map. After the disconnect, when I tried to log back in, I got an error saying "Cannot load instance."

A minute or two later, I managed to log back in, but the map I had prepared was gone, and so were the valuable items I had looted inside.

The strange thing is, I got disconnected, but my friend who was streaming on Twitch had no issues at all and stayed online without any problems.

I got disconnected, yet my character experienced a rollback. How is this my fault? What kind of unfairness and nonsense is this?
