Stash tabs issues

Hey all. Recently I purchased POE2 for console. I main on my pc. I purchased all the stash tabs I would need for my console that I already had on my pc. I now have 4 tabs on my pc that are remove only. These tabs I have been using on my pc since day one. The only stash tabs on console that are remove only are 2 giga tabs, essence tab and the unique tab. The four on my pc I created, 2 for classes, 1 for rings and one for runes. Any help on why this has happened will be greatly appreciated.

I already reported this bug to GGG and they didn't even bother to read it and consider it a bug! After all, they think that no one wants to play simultaneously on PC and Console.

I'm assuming your console is a PS, since Xbox should share tabs fully.
It's not entirely clear to me what went wrong. Did you end up with 4 new non-read only regular tabs on your PC and 4 of open and 4 read only on your console? If so, something appears to've glitched with the matching; my understanding is you should have had the 4 free tabs on each match with each other, and nothing read only for them on either side. Or did you end up with your 4 standard tabs on PC being turned read only leaving you with no normally operating standard tabs? If your email to GGG was the same detail as what you posted here, you might want to send a clarification. Screenshots showing all your tabs on both game modes might help, along with text explicitly calling out the ones you believe are in an incorrect state. Unfortunately support is massively backlogged on anything complex; a category that I suspect includes cases where it's not immediately obvious what the problem is. I am unsure how to upload the image from my pc or phone for that matter. The 4 tabs I am referring to being bricked on pc are stash tabs I bought. 3 of which are premium tabs. 1 being a normal tab. When I learn how to upload the image of my tabs on poe2 pc version and poe2 ps5 version I will do so.

I did get emails back from support, sent pictures, now I have not heard from them for several days. Basically I purchased 4 additional stash tabs on my console then I had on pc. Rather then the new tabs being locked to the console, the console took 4 of my old stash tabs and made those remove only stash tabs. I tested this by purchasing another stash tab on pc and voila, one of my existing tabs I have used to store gear is now unlocked. I still don't understand why it took control of my old tabs and not the new. I still believe at the very least stash tabs should be shared universally. This is an issue on Sony's part I believe. It is what it is. Thank you all for the help you did provide, have fun and keep on gaming.
