i have rare stoic sceptre ilvl 79
recs lvl 78 43 str 110 int
with 20% atrib reduced
but if i press G button i see
discipline skill 18 lvl what recs 78 lvl 54 str 138 int (my charackter have 53 str)
skill looks like offline but i see buff and + for my ES
if i dress of this item
i can wear it again but i cannot insert support gems inside bcs it is inactive
when i wear item game crush
