Redeemed a code the POE2 and after a month lost access to it

I had the game on steam i opened it and logged in with poe2 account but it said i don't have the access key and that was weird since i played it a while back and bought it. i sent a email a while back he said send your info about name and stuff i did but he just never said anything don't know why, i aint gonna buy the game again just to lose it lol

and tried to contact support but they have not hit me back.

ok sorry if i seem rude it was back in February i sent the email and the dude never hit me op since then i really want to play Poe2
