Bundle on PC and Xbox when merger account

Dear sir,
i was bought bundle: Warlord of the Karui for PC, but i don't know if it is possible to merge accounts, because i have xbox account with liberator of wreaclast bundle. is it possible:

1. Can you change Warlord of the Karui bundle in PC to another one ?, like paladin or panance, i still keep full coin from Warlord of the Karui bundle.

2. or can you change cosmetic been duplicated to coin, because i already have liberator of wreaclast bundle on xbox and warlord of the karui on PC, so when i merger, my comestic be double like that:



this is amazing game and i hope support dev through bundle, but because of some unfortunate misunderstandings, please help me.

I sent an email on 12/07. Initially someone assisted, but after providing more information, I have not received any further response.

hmm ... It seems like a never ending loop, as all support needs to be via email, but emails are unresponsive.

and i seem to understand why the issues are so overwhelming. because my support email also got a few responses, asking for more information, but when i did provide it, i didn't get any further responses. and finally my issue was not resolved. why don't you just resolve one issue once and for all, so you can finish it.

When posting information on 4rum, they require sending support via email, but when sending support via email, in addition to the long waiting time and providing information, they conclude that there is no support. So why not reply right on 4rum to save time for both?
